Click on the “Booking” button at the top of the page and use our simple online booking portal.  Choose your vehicle, check availability, choose your collection date and duration of hire.

Optional Extras

Choose any essential extras such as additional camping equipment.

Booking deposit

To confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit of £150 is required.

Balance

The balance in full is payable 28 days prior to the collection date.  The booking is not date transferable.  Overdue unpaid balances after due date may result in cancellation of booking and loss of deposit.

Drivers

All drivers must be at least 25 years of age but under 70 years of age and held a full UK driving licence for a minimum of two years.  All our campervans can be driven on a standard UK category B driving licence.

Drivers must not have been involved in more than one motoring accident or claim within the preceding three years to the first day of hire.

Drivers have not been convicted of any motoring offence or has a prosecution pending other parking or one speeding offence.

Drivers have referred any medical condition requiring DVLA notification and authorisation has been granted.

Drivers have not been refused motor insurance at normal rates and terms or has not been declined insurance or had any insurance policy cancelled by an insurer.

All drivers must provide us with a driver licence check code which can be obtained via the government website at https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence

To obtain a code you will need your driving licence number and your National Insurance number – please provide us with the code at least 21 days prior to your collection date.

If any driver has 6 points or more we will need to confirm eligibility with our insurers.

Cancellation Charges

• Cancel 29+ days before collection date – loss of deposit
• Cancel 15-28 days before collection date – loss of deposit, 50% refund of balance, 100% refund of security deposit
• Cancel 14 days or less before collection date – loss of deposit, 0% refund of balance, 100% refund of security deposit

Security Deposit

We require a security deposit of £750 for UK residents. (£1,000 for non-UK residents). The security deposit is to be paid by bank transfer 7 days prior to the hire start date and will be refunded within 7 days of the return date in full providing the vehicle is returned undamaged.

Collection

Pick up is to be between 13.00 and 15.00 on collection day.  Please allow between 30 and 60 minutes to complete the handover process. 

Documentation

On collection day we will require the following documentation for all drivers:

• A valid driving licence
• DVLA check code
• Two original proof of address dated within the last three months, a photocopy will be taken – the following are acceptable documents:
  • Gas bill
  • Water bill
  • Electricity bill
  • Council tax bill
  • Credit card statement
  • HMRC self assessment / tax credit
  • Mortgage statement
  • Telephone (not mobile) bill

Parking

We can provide free parking for duration of rental period – leave your car at our gated premises for the duration of your hire.  Alternatively, you can collect the van and take your car home with you before setting off on your journey.

Return

Return is to be between 10.00 and 11.00 on return day. 

Late Return Fee

Unagreed late returns charged at £40 per hour or part thereof.

Insurance

All prices include fully comprehensive insurance for the duration of the hire.

Your personal belongings are not covered by the insurance.

Fuel

Fuel – the vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel.  The vehicle is to be returned with a full tank of fuel. 

Smoking & Vaping

All our vehicles are strictly no smoking or vaping – if any evidence of smoking or vaping is noted on return of the vehicle a service charge of £150.00 will apply.
